Kennedy Derby Night

Volunteers needed for our NEW spring event… Kennedy Derby Night to be held on Friday May 1st at Franklin Country Club.  This is our BIGGEST fundraiser of the year (replacing Ladybug Auction) and we could use a few more “jockeys”! Please contact Heather at aronefamily@gmail.com if interested.

Square One Arts has returned!

Have your student create an original drawing or design using bold and bright colors on the 8.5″ square paper provided (will come home via backpack after your student has art class).  Return the drawing to the Classroom Teacher by Wednesday February 25th.

All students who return their art form will receive FREE STICKERS of their artwork!

Your student’s artwork will be placed on items available for purchase.

ShoeBox Recycling

Bring out the winter boots and let’s recycle those shoes!

Look for the ShoeBox Recycling box in the foyer of Kennedy School and put those shoes to use!  Kennedy receives 50 cents per pound of shoes we recycle!

We are accepting all gently worn, paired men’, women’s and kids sneakers, shoes and cleats that are still reusable and re-wearable! 

Please no big winter boots, UGG boots, rubber boots, big fuzzy slippers, ice & roller skates, slippers, flipflops or moldy shoes or with holes/rips. Shoes must be wearable and in pairs.  Get those pairs of shoes going!
